Of Guild Wars and Comics (etc)

First on the agenda: Guild Wars.

Yes, I have returned to the lush, beautifully-rendered lands of Tyria to continue my raiding and plundering of dungeons of many an innocent xenophobic dwarf.
It's because one of my friends has also returned, and with him, another person to play with. Guild Wars isn't fun without other people. Hence, more people = more fun.
He has an elementalist, so in order to help him, I played my Elementalist also. Now we're roughly at the same point on our elementalists.
I've also returned to my Ranger a bit for trapping in the Underworld for a bit of cash, and also to my Monk, Kaylee. Kaylee is one of my favourite characters to play, even though she isn't very far in the game. Only up to D'Alessio Seaboard, which is a little further than 1/4.
I just love being a monk. Just... some sort of un-natural (possibly... divine) enjoyment is attained from monking.
However, today I started a Warrior/Monk, purely for the reason of profit. I need a character that can make money, so I plan to use my W/Mo to farm later in the game. Need cash pl0x.
My friend (Mark) has volunteered to help me raise it. So far it's at level 4. She'll get there eventually.

Second on the agenda: Comics.

Just a short note on comics. I love them.
Ever since I was little (not so long ago) I have read comics. Although for the past two years, I've been reading webcomics, which I mention now and again. My favourites, which are also the first webcomics I ever read, are Penny-Arcade and Ctrl+Alt+Del Online.
I've also started reading VGCats with some regularity, as well as Australian Gamer's comic, which I read because, well, they're Aussies. Also, they have a cool podcast I like to listen to.
However, recently I've noticed I always check Penny-Arcade's page before I check any others.
I have come up with a reason for this. It is simply because I value PA's comics more than the others. I love (as I've stated many times before) the writings of Jerry Holkins, and adore the illustration of Mike Krahulik. If I could meet any two people in the entire world, it would be them. That's why I'm going to the States as soon as I can to attend one of the conventions were they make their appearances. I might even stop in at their office. Hell, maybe I'll even climb into their bedrooms while they're asleep and watch them in silent awe... probably not though.

But, I'm still faithful to CAD, and to every other comic I read. Except TheNoobComic. I used to read that, but now it's really really boring. The last 30 something comics have been about some psychotic cyber-sexually inclined elf. It's old now.
