Immaculate cream - EL MEXICANA

Tonight, my sister and I were treated to a few dishes of mexican at the Taco Bill (no, not Taco Bell, but Bill). I don't have the pleasure of eating a lot of mexican food, because it's just not something my whole family enjoys. However my Dad took my sister and I out and we had a thing called the "Cancun". It was several dishes, that were brought out over the period of an hour or so. All of it was delicious.

The last course was some chocolate mousse. As soon as it arrived, I took a moment to appreciate the work that was put into designing this mousse. After all, if the craftsmanship isn't appreciated by somebody, they'll just stop doing it!
While I savoured the moment, and anticipated the chocolatey flavour that would endow my mouth momentarily, I noticed that the cream could only be described as immaculate. Whoever had put together this dish obviously took pride in what they did. Basically, it was whipped cream, arranged in the nicest way over the top of the glass. All swirly, correctly proportional, and I dare say almost symmetrical. So props to whoever made that mousse, because the time put into making it made it all the more sweeter.

My Dad dropped off the CD's of some new music I asked him to obtain. Including an album of the Dropkick Murphys, all of Incubus, and No Use For A Name. It was about time, because I've listened to all of my previous music about 100x per song (no joke, looking at my iTunes play count).

Actually, thanks be to Tim for introducing me to Incubus, and thanks to 'Kev' from Target for putting me onto the others.

Just chillin' out, enjoying the long weekend. See, there are advantages to having a technically monarchal government system. We get Monday off.

Hoping to get my WoW gamecard tomorrow! That is... if my mum decides she needs to go down to the shops for some reason.

Out.
